ALL CONFIRMATION CANDIDATES, (students in grades 9, 10 and above from both Catholic and public high schools) will meet for the first time on Monday, September 27, 2010 at 7pm until 8pm at Church and will continue to meet most Mondays until May leading to Confirmation in May of 2011 or 2012. 

ALL PUBLIC SCHOOL STUDENTS IN GRADES 7 and 8 will meet for the first time on Monday, September 27, 2010 at 7pm until 8pm at Church and will continue to meet most Mondays until May. 

ALL PUBLIC SCHOOL STUDENTS IN GRADES 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 will meet for the first time on Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at 3:30pm until 4:30pm at church and will continue to meet most Tuesdays until May. 

ST. FRANCIS PARISHIONERS in grades 1-8 who attend area Catholic schools are not required to attend religious education classes here at St. Francis parish.  The religion classes they receive at their respective Catholic schools are sufficient.  St. Francis parish children who want to make their First Confession and First Communion here at St. Francis may make that choice.   Children who choose to make their First Confession and First Communion here at St. Francis do not have to attend the Tuesday CCD classes but these students must register using the enclosed form so that the parish will have accurate information and an accurate count of who will be receiving the sacraments.  These children should also attend Sunday Mass regularly and especially the children’s Mass on the last Sunday of each month.  There is no registration fee or activity fee for these students.

FEE: $35 for one student; $55 for a family; plus $10 activity fee for First Communion & $20 retreat fee for Confirmation.  Since Catholic High School tuitions are so costly, all fees, including retreat, are waived for 9^th and 10th grade students who attend Catholic High Schools.
